TERMS AND SERVICES

ORDERING

  • Once an order is placed, a order confirmation email will be sent.

  • Once the order is packaged and sent out for delivery, another email will be sent with the order details and tracking number.

ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS AND SHIPPING

  • Order fulfillment may take 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the order and shipping location.

  • All orders are produced, packaged, and shipped in-house.

  • All orders are inspected to insure there are no imperfections upon production, and carefully packaged to insure it is secured and safely delivered.

  • Once the order is shipped an email will be sent with the shipping details and tracking number.

  • Shipping is only available in the United States at the moment.

RETURN POLICY

  • Please insure that your order is absolute and correct before submitting a payment. Refunds will not be issued once the product is ordered.

  • A refund or replacement may ONLY be issued in the case of a lost or damaged/defective package.

  • Any claims for lost or damaged/defective item(s) must be submitted within 7 days after the product is recieved.

  • After thorough communication (contact) regarding all issues, a refund or replacement of the order may be issued immediately.
