ORDERING
Once an order is placed, a order confirmation email will be sent.
Once the order is packaged and sent out for delivery, another email will be sent with the order details and tracking number.
ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS AND SHIPPING
Order fulfillment may take 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the order and shipping location.
All orders are produced, packaged, and shipped in-house.
All orders are inspected to insure there are no imperfections upon production, and carefully packaged to insure it is secured and safely delivered.
Once the order is shipped an email will be sent with the shipping details and tracking number.
Shipping is only available in the United States at the moment.
RETURN POLICY
Please insure that your order is absolute and correct before submitting a payment. Refunds will not be issued once the product is ordered.
A refund or replacement may ONLY be issued in the case of a lost or damaged/defective package.
Any claims for lost or damaged/defective item(s) must be submitted within 7 days after the product is recieved.
After thorough communication (contact) regarding all issues, a refund or replacement of the order may be issued immediately.
